Heavy Lift Logistics Warehouse Representative

 JOB SCOPE:
This position routinely works with minimal supervision which requires the individual to be a motivated self-starter focused on departmental tasks and functions. Must have the flexibility to work weekends and daily overtime as needed to support projects.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY:

            This position does not carry supervisory responsibility.

INTERPERSONAL CONTACTS:
This position maintains a variety of professional relationships and must be able to determine the appropriate level of communication and interaction for various situations and circumstances. The ability to effectively influence decisions through respectful interactions with others both within the organization and outside the organization (customers, vendors, sub-contractors and compliance organizations) is essential in this role.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS/WORK ENVIRONMENT:
Work is performed in a wide variety of environments including heights of 20 feet or more, small and/or confined spaces, and outdoors in all weather conditions. Will routinely bend, twist, kneel, walk, climb, and reach for 1-12 hours per day. Will sit, stand, and walk for 1-12 hours per day. The work environment is in an industrial setting which includes noise, fumes, dust and inclement weather.

Must be able to lift and/or carry1-75 lbs throughout the day. Must be able to push or pull up to 75 lbs throughout the day.
